For me, it started with a short 40 flight. Luckily, Amanda from Eve Pearl Beauty was on the same flight as I was. So, I had someone to chat with and talk about what the weekend entails. Eve Pearl couldn’t join us due to last minute change in her busy schedule, so Amanda was prepared to do her class first thing in the morning.

During the flight, on our descent to Toronto, I managed to capture a few shots of the amazing Niagara Falls! It was breath taking from the air, and of course its astonishing on the ground.

We got to Toronto, and much to my surprise, it was WARM - yeah - the thick coat I brought did not even made it out of my luggage. I had some US $ exchanged to CAN, and got a taxi with Amanda to our hotel. Cab fare was $50 - City mandated fee!! i’m like... what??? sheeshhh!!

Any hoo - the hotel was an ALL-Suite hotel complete with nice amenities. Not to mention the amazing view from my 37th floor room.

After unpacking a few things, Amanda and I headed out to the show venue - the Heritage Court at Energy Center. Every one was setting up, and it was a perfect picture of trade show madness. At the end of the day, it all came together, and everything was ready for the next day’s opening.

Amanda and I decided to head back to the hotel after she finished setting up Eve’s booth. And by this time, Elessa (Pursebuzz) was already checked in and we all planned to go out for dinner. After walking around, we ended up where we started from LOL I guess we need a bit more of a direction where to go. After recommendations by other people from the show, we ended up going to Beer Bistro, and had an amazing meal.

After dinner and drinks, it hit us! We were whooped and still have an exciting day ahead to look forward to. So back to the hotel for some zzzz.
