When should I expect my order to arrive?
We understand how speedy delivery is important, and we make every effort to get your order processed and shipped as soon as your payment cleared via Paypal. Once your package is picked up by the shipping/mail carrier and leave our facility, we consider the order ‘processed, completed, and rendered’. Any issues from this point on should be dealt with the carrier. However, they make every effort to deliver your package in a timely manner. If you want to estimate transit time frame, our order processing center is located in New Jerssey, so allot time for packages originating from New Jersey to where ever you maybe. Do I need a Paypal Account to make a purchase?
Are Handling Charges included?
Yes, there is a $2 handling charge per order built in the Shipping Rate.
Are Makeup Products returnable?
Due to nature of cosmetic items, we do not allow returns or exchanges on makeup products. In case of damages caused during transit, we will work closely with you to get you a replacement. Visit our Policy page for more info.
Are the non makeup products returnable or exchangeable?
YES. refer to our Shipping and Returns page for details. You will need an RMA number to do a return on non makeup items. Contact us to get an RMA number and further instructions to process returns or exchanges.
You used to sell sponge & brush soap in a scent/fragrance I liked. Can I custom order them?
YES. We can do custom orders on soaps with the scent/fragrance of your choosing. There is a minimum of 4 pieces on custom soap order.
Can I pay with Cash or Personal Check?
Currently, we do not accept Cash or Personal Checks. We only accept major credit cards, Paypal, and e-check - all processed through PayPal.
Does your retailers sell the same fragrances of Sponge & Brush Soap on your webstore?No. Our retailers only carries select scents we carry. A few even have “exclusives” that are scents customized just for them.
Are your product line comparable to leading name brands?
Although we’d like to compete with leading brands, our priority is YOU, and we design/formulate our products to really meet your expectation. I payed using e-check, when will my order be processed?
Paypal’s E-checks processing can take up to 7 days to clear. We will process your order within 48 - 72 hours after we received a confirmation from Paypal that your e-check has cleared. For faster processing, we advise using a major credit card.
Will order processing be faster if I choose Priority Mail?
Not necessarily. We process orders within 48 - 72 hours from when payment cleared. Once processed it will be sent using the shipping method you have chosen.
