Order Processing, Shipping & RMA operates Monday thru Friday 9am - 5pm EST

All of our facilities are closed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and most major U.S. holidays.

Once you have placed your order, you agree to all the terms, conditions and shipping policies of EnKore Makeup Online/EnKore Makeup LLC  Any use or misuse of any purchase made from is the customers responsibility. 

Carriers & Shipping Services
We currently use only USPS Priority, USPS First Class (domestic and international), and Priority Mail International-Flat Rate for shipments overseas. We do not offer COD, Net Terms, or shipping collect on other accounts.  All methods generates a Tracking number automatically. This allows you to check delivery status online at the USPS website.

Once your package is picked up by the shipping/mail carrier and leave our facility, we consider the order ‘processed, completed, and rendered’. Any issues from this point forward should be dealt with the carrier.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address you provided in your order from Paypal, confirming that your order shipped.

Handling Fee
There is a $2 handling fee per order included in the Shipping cost. Shipping is based on weight of the package, method of shipping, and zone or country its going to be delivered to.

International Shipping
We ship Globally! You will see shipping cost at checkout (which includes $2 handling fee), after you enter the address before payment. USPS offers no insurance on First Class international shipments. However, it is available on Priority Mail International. We are not responsible for any tariffs and taxes that may be charged by your respective government on international orders. This fee is charged by the country of destination, if you are unsure about your laws and regulations please contact your local postal agency prior to purchasing to find out the package value limit.

U.S. Customs Law prohibits merchants to claim GIFTS on purchased orders placed by international customers. Please do not ask us to break the law. 

P.O. Boxes, APO & FPO
We accept orders that have a PO, APO or FPO address. Orders going to P.O.Boxes or any U.S. military base (domestic or international) need to be shipped by USPS only. 

From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions on orders that reaches a certain threshold. Qualified orders for free shipping weighing 15 oz or less will ship via First Class mail. Orders weighing 16 oz or more will automatically be upgraded to Priority.

Tracking Information
We will provide you with the shipping information and tracking numbers via email as soon as your order has shipped. USPS has very limited domestic tracking information available For international shipments, USPS only tracks up to the port point before it leaves the USA. Some countries like the UK will have continued tracking as USPS have continued tracking arrangement with Royal Mail. Once tracking is provided, you can track delivery status and confirmations at

Once the parcel leaves our facility for transit, it’s at the mercy of the carrier. Once your package is picked up by the shipping/mail carrier and leave our facility, we consider the order ‘processed, completed, and rendered’. Any issues from this point forward should be dealt with the carrier. If you want to see the delivery status of your order, you can check the carrier’s website.

Transit Times
Typical transit times for each service can be found on If for any reason your package gets delayed, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number. Once we ship a package with the carrier & service you requested, your order is in their possession and they are responsible for timely and correct delivery.

Customs Delays
Depending on the destination, international orders can have a delay in customs. This is nothing uncommon and can delay your package up to 4 weeks on top of the regular delivery time. We understand that this can be very annoying when it happens, but you will need to be patient.

Customs & Taxes
On international orders, the country of destination might charge an extra fee for delivery. This has nothing to do with the postage paid at the time and order is placed. You can check with your local post office if there is an additional charge and how much it might be. If you fail to pay those charges, your package will be returned to us and we will only refund for the products less 20% restocking fee less additional postage that we get charged for sending it back to us. We do have to declare all orders as merchandise with the correct description and value, and again, we will NOT declare your purchased order as GIFT, as this is against the law.

Shipping Orders
We ship 5 days a week (domestic and international), Monday thru Friday, Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 to 72  hours after payment is received. During holidays, post office holidays and company close downs there will be a delay in shipping time. There might be additional delays if there is a sale, new product or if the volume of orders is higher than usual.

Shipping & Handling Cost
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination on checkout, after you enter the address, before making a payment. There is a handling fee of $ 2.00 included in all shipping costs calculated by the shopping cart.

Insurance and/or Signature Confirmation
These are optional and have to be requested in the comments of your order. If you’re placing an international order, Insurance is available only if you choose Priority Mail International. There is an Insurance Indemnity limit for packages to Canada.
